As a disabled professional and activist, Seán is intimately aware of many of the barriers, challenges and social injustices that disabled people face. His work has cut across public, private, third sector and political spheres positively challenging barriers at local, national and international levels.

Seán is passionate about supporting other disabled people into positions of leadership and advancing the non-partisan issue of disability equality through meaningful, cohesive engagement and participation worldwide.
